My room included two comfortable chairs and a writing desk. The breakfast offered a wide selection of hot dishes prepared with care. I appreciated the staff. They were helpful and cheerful!!!

The room i got was quite disappointing. the bathroom was small. I barely had space to turn around. finding a place to put my toiletries was also a problem. the organization at breakfast was poor, with a significant wait for a table.

the location was very convenient (it was near the dart train). the decor is thoughtfully designed. complimentary tea, coffee, homemade cookies, and cake were available in the drawing room every afternoon, such a nice touch.
the satellite tv didn't work due to a broken cable. staff said it would be fixed, but it wasn't.

the staff were accommodating, and were really good too ensure a smooth experience for everyone. the homemade cakes available throughout the day were such a lovely touch (a very nice touch indeed!). the room was super clean, spacious, and the beds were super comfortable.

coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the lounge next to reception, with a convenient amenity at any time. board games are available in the living room, giving guests some fun options. free parking is available in front of the hotel.

the staff were friendly, helpful, and very solicitous, providing really good customer service . the reservation manager was friendly and cute. they answered all my questions promptly and effectively. the staff was very kind with early flight accommodations.
